Christian Dior Operations Supervisor

- Participate in inventory and cycle counts to ensure precise stock management.

- Assist in payroll management and scheduling, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Address and resolve issues affecting store service, efficiency, and productivity.
- Provide exemplary customer service, inspiring associates to uphold the brand's standards.
- 3+ years of retail stock associate experience with an operations background.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle merchandise and fixtures.
- Willingness to adhere to company policies and standards.
