1. Oversee the accuracy of shipping and receiving functions, ensuring all inventory processes are meticulously verified and documented.
2. Maintain an organized stock and receiving area, ensuring merchandise is properly ticketed and secured.
3. Participate in inventory and cycle counts to ensure precise stock management.
4. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards, including security and inventory management.
5. Train and manage associates in operational tasks such as POS procedures, returns, and safety protocols.
6. Monitor and maintain the accuracy of inventory through diligent oversight of receiving, transfers, and returns-to-vendor processes.
7. Ensure store security and compliance with safety codes and ordinances.
8. Produce and maintain operational reports and records to ensure adherence to company policies.
9. Organize and secure back-of-house operations, ensuring efficient setup and management.
10. Assist in payroll management and scheduling, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints.
11. Address and resolve issues affecting store service, efficiency, and productivity.
12. Provide exemplary customer service, inspiring associates to uphold the brand's standards.

1. 3+ years of retail stock associate experience with an operations background.
2. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
3. Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
4. Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle merchandise and fixtures.
5. Willingness to adhere to company policies and standards.
6. Availability to travel as needed.
