Christian Dior Operations Supervisor

- Ensure accurate processing of all shipping and receiving functions affecting store inventory by verifying purchase orders and ticketing, and auditing validation and verification reports.
- Maintain an orderly and neat stock and receiving area, ensuring merchandise is properly ticketed, and participate in all inventory and cycle counts.
- Oversee compliance of all associates with established company policies, procedures, and standards, including safekeeping of company funds and property, personnel practices, security, inventory management, sales, and record-keeping procedures.
- Train, coach, and lead all associates in the execution of operations tasks, including POS procedures, return procedures, alteration requests, and safety and security procedures.
- Monitor the accuracy of receiving, transfers, damages, and returns-to-vendor (RTV's) to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Ensure adequate security and that physical facilities align with safety codes and ordinances.
- Produce and maintain operational reports and records to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Lock and secure the store and oversee compliance with all opening/closing and security procedures.
- Assist with payroll management, scheduling of associates, and ensure compliance with payroll budgets.
- Address problems in store service, efficiency, and productivity, providing and inspiring outstanding service to customers.
- At least 3+ years of retail stock associate experience with an operations background.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, and to move and handle boxes of merchandise and fixtures throughout the store, which entails lifting.
- Willingness to adhere to all company policies, procedures, regulations, and standards.
- Availability to travel as needed.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a retail stock/shipping/receiving role.
