1. Ensure accurate processing of all shipping and receiving functions affecting store inventory by verifying purchase orders and ticketing, and auditing validation and verification reports.
2. Maintain an orderly and neat stock and receiving area, ensuring merchandise is properly ticketed, and participate in all inventory and cycle counts.
3. Oversee compliance of all associates with established company policies, procedures, and standards, including safekeeping of company funds and property, personnel practices, security, inventory management, sales, and record-keeping procedures.
4. Train, coach, and lead all associates in the execution of operations tasks, including POS procedures, return procedures, alteration requests, and safety and security procedures.
5. Monitor the accuracy of receiving, transfers, damages, and returns-to-vendor (RTV's) to maintain inventory accuracy.
6. Ensure adequate security and that physical facilities align with safety codes and ordinances.
7. Produce and maintain operational reports and records to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
8. Lock and secure the store and oversee compliance with all opening/closing and security procedures.
9. Assist with payroll management, scheduling of associates, and ensure compliance with payroll budgets.
10. Address problems in store service, efficiency, and productivity, providing and inspiring outstanding service to customers.

1. At least 3+ years of retail stock associate experience with an operations background.
2. Physical ability to stand for extended periods, and to move and handle boxes of merchandise and fixtures throughout the store, which entails lifting.
3. Willingness to adhere to all company policies, procedures, regulations, and standards.
4. Availability to travel as needed.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a retail stock/shipping/receiving role.
