1. Supervise and ensure accuracy in all shipping and receiving functions affecting store inventory, including verifying purchase orders and auditing reports.
2. Maintain an orderly stock and receiving area, ensuring merchandise is properly ticketed and participating in inventory counts.
3. Oversee compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards, including security, inventory management, and record-keeping.
4. Train and lead associates in executing operational tasks such as POS procedures, return processes, and safety protocols.
5. Monitor the accuracy of inventory-related processes, including receiving, transfers, damages, and returns-to-vendor.
6. Ensure security measures are in place and facilities comply with safety codes.
7. Produce operational reports and maintain records to ensure adherence to company policies.
8. Assist with payroll management, scheduling, and compliance with payroll budgets.
9. Address and resolve issues related to store service, efficiency, and productivity.
10. Inspire and provide outstanding customer service.

1. Minimum of 3 years of retail stock associate experience with an operations background.
2. Ability to work a full-time schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
3. Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and follow-through skills.
4. Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle merchandise and fixtures.
5. Willingness to adhere to company policies and standards.
6. Availability to travel as needed.
