1. Ensure accurate processing of all shipping and receiving functions affecting store inventory by verifying purchase orders and auditing reports.
2. Maintain an organized stock and receiving area, ensuring merchandise is properly ticketed and sensored.
3. Participate in inventory and cycle counts.
4. Oversee compliance with company policies, including safekeeping of funds, security, and inventory management.
5. Train and manage associates in operational tasks such as POS procedures and safety protocols.
6. Monitor accuracy of receiving, transfers, damages, and returns-to-vendor to maintain inventory accuracy.
7. Ensure security measures are in place and facilities comply with safety codes.
8. Produce and maintain operational reports and records.
9. Ensure back-of-house operations are organized and secure the store according to procedures.
10. Assist with payroll management and scheduling, ensuring compliance with budgets.
11. Address issues affecting store service, efficiency, and productivity.
12. Inspire outstanding customer service.

1. 3+ years of retail stock associate experience with an operations background.
2. Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
3. Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
4. Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle merchandise.
5. Willingness to adhere to company policies and standards.
6. Availability to travel as needed.
