Christian Dior Operations Manager

- Oversee compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards, including security and inventory management.
- Train and manage associates in operations tasks such as POS procedures and safety protocols.
- Monitor inventory accuracy through receiving, transfers, and returns-to-vendor processes.
- Ensure store security and compliance with safety codes and ordinances.
- Conduct regular inventory cycle counts.
- Coordinate communication with central distribution and corporate inventory control.
- Produce and maintain operational reports and records.
- Organize back-of-house operations efficiently.
- Manage payroll processes and associate scheduling.
- Address and resolve operational challenges affecting service, efficiency, and productivity.
- Provide exemplary customer service and inspire the same in associates.
- Exercise judgment and discretion in daily store operations.
- 5+ years of retail store management experience with a strong operations background.
- Ability to work a flexible full-time schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle merchandise.
- Willingness to adhere to company policies and standards.
- Availability to travel as needed.
- Proficiency in managing store operations, including payroll and facilities management.
- Ability to maintain records and documentation accurately.
- Competence in operating POS systems and other necessary equipment.
- Skill in developing and training a workforce.
- Capacity to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Ability to maintain consistent standards for the workforce.
- Clear and concise communication skills.
A minimum of 5 years in retail store management with a focus on operations is required.
The salary range is $70,000-$85,000 annually, with bonus eligibility. The rate is dependent on relevant skills and experience.
