1. Oversee compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards, ensuring the safekeeping of company funds and property.
2. Train and manage associates in operational tasks, including POS procedures, return procedures, and safety protocols.
3. Monitor inventory accuracy through receiving, transfers, damages, and returns-to-vendor processes.
4. Ensure security measures are in place and facilities comply with safety codes.
5. Conduct regular inventory cycle counts.
6. Coordinate communication between the store and central distribution or corporate inventory control.
7. Produce and maintain operational reports and records.
8. Organize and manage back-of-house operations.
9. Ensure compliance with opening, closing, and security procedures.
10. Assist with payroll management and scheduling, adhering to payroll budgets.
11. Address and resolve issues affecting store service, efficiency, and productivity.
12. Provide exceptional customer service.
13. Exercise judgment and discretion in daily store operations.

1. 5+ years of retail store management experience with a strong operations background.
2. Ability to work full-time, including varied hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.
3. Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
4. Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle merchandise.
5. Willingness to adhere to company policies and standards.
6. Availability to travel as needed.
