1. Coordinate compliance of all associates with established company standards, including safekeeping of company funds and property, personnel practices, security, inventory management, sales, and record-keeping procedures.
2. Train, coach, and lead all associates in the execution of operations tasks such as POS procedures, return procedures, alteration requests, and safety and security.
3. Supervise the accuracy of receiving, transfers, damages, and returns-to-vendor (RTVs) to maintain inventory standards.
4. Ensure that adequate security exists and that physical facilities align with safety codes and ordinances.
5. Conduct regular inventory cycle counts as directed.
6. Coordinate communication between the store and central distribution and/or corporate inventory control.
7. Produce and maintain operational reports and records to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
8. Ensure that all back-of-house operations are properly set up and organized.
9. Lock and secure the store and oversee compliance with all opening/closing and security procedures.
10. Assist with payroll management, scheduling of associates, and ensure compliance with payroll budgets.
11. Help solve problems that affect the store's service, efficiency, and productivity.
12. Provide and inspire outstanding service to customers.
13. Exercise judgment and discretion in conjunction with the management team in the day-to-day operations of the store.

1. At least 5 years of retail store management experience with a strong operations background.
2. Ability to work a full-time schedule, including varied hours/days such as nights, weekends, and holidays.
3. Strong interpersonal, communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
4. Physical ability to stand for extended periods, move and handle boxes of merchandise and fixtures throughout the store, and perform all functions as set forth above.
5. Willingness to adhere to all company policies, procedures, regulations, and standards.
6. Availability to travel as needed.

1. Proficiency in managing store operations, including payroll, customer service, shipping/receiving, alterations, and facilities management.
2. Ability to produce, complete, and maintain records and documentation pertaining to the workforce.
3. Competence in operating all necessary equipment, including POS systems, inventory control systems, and office equipment.
4. Capability to develop and train workforce, build relationships, and utilize skills of workforce effectively.
5. Ability to adjust priorities and manage time wisely in a fast-paced environment.
6. Excellence in providing outstanding customer service.
7. Capacity to maintain a fair, consistent set of standards as they apply to the workforce.
8. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

Minimum 5 years of retail store management experience with a strong operations background.

The salary range is $100,000 to $120,000 annually, plus bonus eligibility, dependent on relevant skills and experience.
