1. Coordinate compliance with company standards regarding safekeeping of funds and property, personnel practices, security, inventory management, and record-keeping procedures.
2. Train, coach, and lead associates in executing operations tasks such as POS procedures, return procedures, and safety protocols.
3. Supervise the accuracy of receiving, transfers, damages, and returns-to-vendor to maintain inventory standards.
4. Ensure security measures are in place and physical facilities comply with safety codes and ordinances.
5. Conduct regular inventory cycle counts and coordinate communication between the store and corporate inventory control.
6. Produce and maintain operational reports and records to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
7. Oversee the organization of back-of-house operations and ensure compliance with opening/closing and security procedures.
8. Assist with payroll management, scheduling of associates, and compliance with payroll budgets.
9. Address and resolve issues affecting store service, efficiency, and productivity.
10. Provide and inspire outstanding customer service.
11. Exercise judgment and discretion in daily store operations.
12. Perform additional tasks as assigned.

1. Minimum 5 years of retail store management experience with a strong operations background.
2. Ability to work a full-time schedule including varied hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.
3. Strong interpersonal, communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
4. Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle merchandise and fixtures.

1. Proficiency in managing store operations, including payroll, customer service, shipping/receiving, alterations, and facilities management.
2. Ability to produce and maintain records and documentation.
3. Competence in operating necessary equipment including POS systems, inventory control systems, and office equipment.
4. Capability to develop and train workforce, build relationships, and utilize skills of workforce effectively.
5. Ability to adjust priorities and manage time wisely in a fast-paced environment.
6. Outstanding customer service skills.
7. Clear and concise communication skills.

At least 5 years of experience in retail store management with a focus on operations.

Salary range of $100k-$105k annually, plus bonus eligibility, dependent on skills and experience.
