1. Manage the accounts payable process, including receiving, reviewing, and processing invoices.
2. Collaborate with store teams to perform administrative tasks such as invoice generation, client contact, and payment processing.
3. Assist the operational team with after-sales activities, including supplier communication and system management.
4. Collaborate with the finance department to track payments and ensure compliance with deadlines.
5. Upload invoices and relevant documentation to the company's accounting system.
6. Request documentation from suppliers for proper review and registration in the internal payment system.
7. Support inventory management, including conducting physical counts and reconciling records.
8. Handle purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in transactions.
9. Manage the uniform inventory for salespeople, ensuring adequate supply and proper distribution.
10. Communicate with store operations teams to respond to specific requests and follow up on processes.
11. Collaborate and communicate with suppliers to resolve issues and track payments.

1. Actively enrolled student in a degree related to Finance, Administration, Economics, or Accounting.
2. Minimum two years remaining to complete the degree.

1. Advanced English proficiency.
2. Advanced Excel skills.
3. Excellent administrative skills with attention to detail.
4. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
5. Adaptability.
6. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
7. Ability to work independently and in a team, demonstrating initiative and proactivity.

Beginner level experience is acceptable, suitable for students seeking practical exposure.
