1. Manage the accounts payable process, including receipt, review, and processing of invoices.
2. Collaborate with the finance department to track payments and ensure deadlines are met.

5. Provide support in inventory management, including conducting physical counts and reconciliation of records.
6. Handle purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in transactions.
7. Communicate with store operations teams to address specific requests and follow up on processes.
8. Collaborate and communicate with suppliers to resolve issues and track their payments.

1. Actively enrolled in a Finance, Administration, Economics, or Accounting program with at least two years remaining.
2. Intermediate proficiency in English.
3. Proficiency in Excel.
