1. Administer the accounts payable process, including the receipt, review, and processing of invoices.
2. Collaborate with the finance department to track payments and ensure compliance with established deadlines.
3. Upload invoices and relevant documentation to the company's accounting system.
4. Request documentation from suppliers for proper review and registration in the internal payment system.
5. Support inventory management, including conducting physical counts and reconciling records.
6. Handle purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in transactions.
7. Manage the inventory of uniforms for sales staff, ensuring adequate supply and proper distribution.
8. Communicate with store operations teams to respond to specific requests and follow up on processes.
9. Collaborate and communicate with suppliers to resolve issues and follow up on their payments.

1. Active student in Finance, Administration, Economics, or Accounting.
2. Minimum of 2 years remaining to complete the degree.
3. Advanced English proficiency.

1. Excellent administrative skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
2. Adaptability.
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and proactivity.
5. Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.

Beginner level experience in a related field is required.

Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate program.
