Christian Dior Operations Associate

- Ensure accurate and efficient processing of all shipping and receiving functions affecting store inventory.
- Maintain a neat and orderly stock and receiving area, ensuring merchandise is properly ticketed and sensored.
- Accurately process all inbound freight, returns-to-vendors, chargebacks, transfers, and damages according to company policies.
- Support compliance with established company policies and standards, including safekeeping of funds and property, personnel practices, security, and record-keeping.
- Ensure stock is appropriately security tagged to prevent loss.
- Communicate with central distribution and corporate inventory control department.
- Participate in inventory and cycle counts.
- Assist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping.
- Complete price changes within the boutique.
- Assist in packing or wrapping customers’ merchandise as needed.
- Contribute to problem-solving and informed suggestions to enhance service and productivity in the receiving area.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures.
- Participate in store meetings and training seminars as necessary.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
- Ability to handle receiving operations effectively, including proper handling of merchandise.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
- Ability to read, count, and write to accurately complete all documentation.
- Proficiency in processing information and merchandise through computer systems.
- Ability to adjust priorities and manage time wisely in a fast-paced environment.
- Capability to operate necessary equipment, including phone systems, inventory-control computer systems, and sensor-tag removers.
- Flexibility to work varied hours/days, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle boxes of merchandise and fixtures, including heavy lifting.

Minimum 3 years of retail stock/shipping/receiving experience.
