1. Ensure accurate and efficient processing of all shipping and receiving functions affecting store inventory.
2. Maintain a neat and orderly stock and receiving area, ensuring merchandise is properly ticketed and sensored.
3. Accurately process all inbound freight, returns-to-vendors, chargebacks, transfers, and damages according to company policies.
4. Support compliance with established company policies and standards, including safekeeping of funds and property, personnel practices, security, and record-keeping.
5. Ensure stock is appropriately security tagged to prevent loss.
6. Communicate with central distribution and corporate inventory control department.
7. Participate in inventory and cycle counts.
8. Assist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping.
9. Complete price changes within the boutique.
10. Assist in packing or wrapping customers’ merchandise as needed.
11. Contribute to problem-solving and informed suggestions to enhance service and productivity in the receiving area.
12. Comply with all company policies and procedures.
13. Participate in store meetings and training seminars as necessary.
14. Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

1. Ability to handle receiving operations effectively, including proper handling of merchandise.
2. Strong interpersonal, communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
3. Ability to read, count, and write to accurately complete all documentation.
4. Proficiency in processing information and merchandise through computer systems.
5. Ability to adjust priorities and manage time wisely in a fast-paced environment.
6. Capability to operate necessary equipment, including phone systems, inventory-control computer systems, and sensor-tag removers.
7. Flexibility to work varied hours/days, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
8. Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle boxes of merchandise and fixtures, including heavy lifting.

Minimum 3 years of retail stock/shipping/receiving experience.

Hourly rate of $23-$25 plus bonus eligibility, dependent on skills and experience.
