1. Supervise all cash operations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
2. Manage stock levels to prevent losses and ensure optimal inventory.
3. Verify and process supplier invoices for payment through the Finance Department.
4. Maintain and update the customer database, ensuring data integrity through cleaning, merging, and capturing.
5. Prepare specific reports as required by management.
6. Order boutique-specific items, such as stationery, upon managerial approval.
7. Monitor and reorder packaging supplies as necessary.
8. Assist in the preparation and execution of sales events.
9. Coordinate the repairs department in collaboration with sales associates.
10. Monitor boutique turnover and investigate discrepancies.
11. Organize the reception of deliveries and resolve any delivery issues.
12. Plan and execute private sales events.
13. Ensure all items are tagged with security and price labels.
14. Prepare and manage the annual inventory process.

1. Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration.
2. Minimum of 2 years' experience in administration or as a secretary.

1. Proficiency in handling receiving operations and merchandise management.
2. Ability to accurately complete documentation through reading, counting, and writing.
3. Competency in processing information and merchandise via computer systems.
4. Flexibility to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
5. Physical capability to stand for extended periods and handle heavy lifting.

Minimum 3 years of experience in retail stock, shipping, or receiving.

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration.
