1. Accurately process all shipping and receiving functions affecting store inventory.
2. Maintain an orderly and neat stock and receiving area, ensuring merchandise is properly ticketed and sensored.
3. Ensure accurate processing of inbound freight, returns-to-vendors, chargebacks, transfers, and damages.
4. Support compliance with company policies and standards, including safekeeping of funds and property.
5. Ensure stock is appropriately security tagged to prevent loss.
6. Communicate with central distribution and corporate inventory control departments.
7. Participate in inventory and cycle counts.
8. Assist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping.
9. Complete price changes within the boutique.
10. Assist in packing or wrapping customers’ merchandise as needed.
11. Solve problems and make informed suggestions to improve service and productivity.
12. Comply with all company policies and procedures.
13. Participate in store meetings and training seminars.
14. Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

1. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

1. Proficiency in handling receiving operations and merchandise.
2. Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
3. Ability to read, count, and write to complete documentation accurately.
4. Competence in processing information and merchandise through computer systems.
5. Ability to adjust priorities and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
6. Capability to operate necessary equipment, including phone systems and inventory-control systems.
7. Flexibility to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

A minimum of three years of relevant experience in inventory management or a related field is required.

The position offers a salary range of $21-$24 per hour, plus bonus eligibility, contingent upon skills and experience.
