1. Manage all cash transactions and adhere to cash handling procedures.
2. Execute administrative duties including processing invoices, credit notes, and managing repairs.
3. Implement and oversee Christian Dior procedures, ensuring compliance with sales, cash, security, and database protocols.
4. Support HR administration tasks such as processing new starter/leaver forms and managing uniforms and holiday forms.
5. Organize and conduct weekly stock takes and manage stock replenishments and transfers across Europe.
6. Ensure all deliveries are processed before store opening and manage stockroom organization.
7. Handle store subcontractors and manage mail orders efficiently.
8. Support daily operations at till points and assist in cashing up.
9. Adhere to health and safety policies and procedures within the store.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative and stock management roles.
2. Demonstrated passion for luxury retail, particularly the Dior brand.

2. Proficiency in stock management and administrative tasks.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative and stock management roles within the luxury retail sector is required.
