Christian Dior Operations Associate

Christian Dior Couture is the haute couture and ready-to-wear arm of the House of Dior, operating within the LVMH group. The Maison is synonymous with artisanal craftsmanship, meticulous attention to detail and client‑centred luxury experiences across global flagship stores and prestigious retail partners.

1. Coordinate and dispatch client shipments on schedule, maintaining tracking records for audit and customer communication.
2. Ensure absolute order accuracy and adherence to consignment procedures (pick, pack, send).
3. Manage omnichannel fulfilment and liaise with external partners to guarantee seamless deliveries.
4. Track press pulls and maintain inventory and performance metrics for back‑of‑house operations.
5. Act as a conduit between operations and sales teams to support client service and commercial objectives.
6. Support customer service and after‑sales processes to uphold Maison standards and client confidentiality.
7. Promote RS services across the boutique and assist in developing business getter initiatives.
8. Contribute to team meetings and undertake additional duties as directed by management to maximise boutique performance.

1. Minimum 3 years' experience in retail operations, logistics or client services, preferably within luxury retail.
2. Strong verbal and written communication skills with a client‑focused approach.
3. Proven accuracy, attention to detail and ability to follow standardized procedures.
4. Proactive problem‑solver with a collaborative team orientation.
5. Legal right to work in the UK and ability to work full time (40 hours/week, Monday–Sunday).

At least 3 years' relevant experience in retail operations, logistics or client services, with a preference for candidates from luxury fashion or high‑end retail environments.

High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in business, retail management or logistics is advantageous.
