1. Organize and implement stock takes efficiently.
2. Manage deliveries, ensuring stock is prioritized and integrated as directed.
3. Promptly replenish stock as required.
4. Complete stock transfers within the UK and Europe.
5. Report and address stock issues such as theft, discrepancies, and slow-moving items.
6. Develop accurate reporting skills for monthly results, stock take outcomes, and handling of negatives and faulty items.
7. Support the Stock Management team during the annual stock take to ensure targets are met.
8. Adhere to Christian Dior procedures for garment protection, stockroom maintenance, and security tagging.
9. Ensure all stock is tagged to prevent theft and maintain security.
10. Participate in team meetings and foster relationships with colleagues across various teams to enhance commercial efficiency.
11. Perform additional duties as directed by the Management team.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in stock or operations/administration, preferably in a luxury environment.

2. Strong organizational skills.
3. Excellent problem-solving and numerical skills.
4. Flexible and committed attitude.
