1. Welcome clients to Dior Harrods and provide a professional, attentive service.
2. Understand clients’ needs and guide them to the appropriate sections within the boutique.
3. Ensure a flawless, upscale guest service experience.
4. Answer client inquiries and assist with requests.
5. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness at the boutique entrance.
6. Assist clients with transportation needs, such as hailing taxis.
7. Provide clients with umbrellas when necessary.
8. Monitor for suspicious activity around the boutique entrance.
9. Prepare fitting rooms to luxury standards, ensuring garments are steamed, rehung, and ticketed appropriately.
10. Perform high-standard gift wrapping and packaging according to Dior guidelines.
11. Maintain visual merchandising standards, including re-aligning fixtures and cleaning displays.
12. Ensure all customer data is treated with confidentiality and sensitivity.
13. Support the selling team to maximize boutique performance.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a guest-facing environment.
