1. Ensure accurate and efficient processing of all shipping and receiving functions affecting store inventory.
2. Maintain an orderly and neat stock and receiving area, ensuring merchandise is properly ticketed and sensored.
3. Accurately process all inbound freight, returns-to-vendors (RTVs), chargebacks, transfers, and damages in accordance with company policies.
4. Support compliance with established company policies and standards, including safekeeping of company assets and record-keeping procedures.
5. Ensure stock is appropriately security tagged to prevent loss.
6. Communicate with central distribution and corporate inventory control departments.
7. Participate in all inventory and cycle counts.
8. Assist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping.
9. Complete price changes within the boutique.
10. Assist in packing or wrapping customers’ merchandise as necessary.
11. Contribute to problem-solving and provide informed suggestions to enhance service and productivity.
12. Comply with all company policies and procedures.
13. Participate in store meetings and training seminars as required.
14. Perform any other tasks as assigned by management.

1. Minimum 3 years of retail stock/shipping/receiving experience.

1. Proficiency in handling receiving operations effectively, including proper merchandise handling.
2. Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and follow-through skills.
3. Ability to read, count, and write to accurately complete all documentation.
4. Proficiency in processing information and merchandise through computer systems.
5. Ability to adjust priorities and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
6. Competence in operating all necessary equipment, including phone systems, inventory-control computer systems, and sensor-tag removers.
7. Flexibility to work varied hours/days, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
8. Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle boxes of merchandise and fixtures, including heavy lifting.

Minimum 3 years of experience in retail stock, shipping, and receiving operations.
