1. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across regions and product categories to identify optimization opportunities in collaboration with central and local stakeholders.
2. Support the preparation of monthly and quarterly omnichannel performance reviews with regional teams.
3. Leverage dashboards and analytical tools to report on omnichannel services performance, ensuring data accuracy.
4. Analyze key market trends and support local stakeholders in creating actionable improvement plans.
5. Track and analyze Net Promoter Scores (NPS) and client feedback to identify risks and opportunities for enhancing the customer experience.
6. Conduct ad-hoc studies and benchmarks with the Data team to provide insights and support regional teams.
7. Analyze existing services to propose concrete optimization strategies.
8. Assist with the implementation of service updates and tool configurations.

1. Master’s degree in Business, Digital, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience, preferably within the Retail or Luxury industry.

1. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a results-oriented approach.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English.
3. Highly organized and self-motivated with a proactive mindset.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, including data analysis and reporting.
5. Passion for customer experience and digital innovation.

A minimum of 2 years of experience, preferably within the Retail or Luxury industry.

Master’s degree in Business, Digital, Marketing, or related field.
