Christian Dior Omnichannel Coordinator

- Develop and distribute comprehensive Omnichannel performance reports for boutiques, regions, and corporate teams on a regular basis.
- Analyze key performance indicators such as revenue, penetration, rejection rate, and fulfillment efficiency.
- Automate dashboards and tools using Power BI to monitor client experience and service adoption.
- Conduct competitive benchmarking and market research to identify new opportunities.
- Support the execution of Omnichannel projects from pilot phase to full rollout and hypercare.
- Assist in User Acceptance Testing for new services including payments and logistics workflows.
- Document and maintain Standard Operating Procedures for Omnichannel services.
- Coordinate with boutiques and Sales Advisors to ensure compliance with operational standards.
- Collaborate with boutiques to enhance service adoption and drive revenue through Omnichannel strategies.
- Work with IT, Supply Chain, Retail Operations, and Client Service Center to resolve issues and deliver solutions.
- Provide operational support during peak seasons and new boutique openings.
- Prepare and support executive presentations and provide data-driven recommendations to management.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in project management, retail operations, or performance analysis.
- Experience in luxury retail, e-commerce, or Omnichannel projects is advantageous.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Power BI.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Comprehensive understanding of retail operations, e-commerce, or Omnichannel processes.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in relevant fields such as project management, retail operations, or performance analysis, with a preference for experience in luxury retail or e-commerce.
The salary range is $70,000 to $80,000 annually, with eligibility for bonuses. Compensation is commensurate with skills and experience.
