Christian Dior Office Executive

- Serve as the primary contact for employee travel arrangements, managing bookings for flights, accommodations, and transportation in accordance with company policies.
- Oversee office maintenance, repairs, and cleaning, while communicating building notices to staff.
- Manage reception duties and handle office access rights, lockers, and name card printing.
- Support company events and activities, including annual gatherings and staff functions.
- Procure office and pantry supplies, managing vendor relationships and processing POs, invoices, and expenses in the Coupa system.
- 3-5 years of experience in office administration, travel management, or related roles.
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with expense systems such as Coupa.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with stakeholders.
