- Develop and implement merchandising strategies for the market, defining the product mix for Ready-to-Wear.
- Construct seasonal buying strategies and product assortment plans to achieve targeted sales projections and sell-through rates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to make key decisions on the Open-to-Buy (OTB) budget, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Consolidate and provide constructive feedback on products and collections across categories.
- Coordinate with the Supply Chain team to create allocation plans, ensuring optimal stock flow and maximizing sales opportunities throughout the seasons.
- Generate and analyze regular reports to propose actionable insights for category improvement.
- Work closely with the retail team to deliver clear product strategies, maximizing sales and sell-through in accordance with global guidelines.
- Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team on product launches, new store openings, events, and monthly floor sets.
- Partner with the Training team to deliver product insights for clienteling purposes.
- Conduct regular sales data analysis to gain comprehensive commercial insights.
- Monitor competitor activities and track regional fashion trends to maintain the brand's leadership in the luxury market.
- Bachelor’s degree in a fashion-related major
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft tools
- In-depth understanding of the local fashion market
- Strong commercial acumen
- Proficiency in both oral and written English
- Ability to work under dynamic environments
- Strong communication skills for stakeholder collaboration
Minimum of 10 years in merchandising within fashion and luxury brands.
Bachelor’s degree in a fashion-related major
