- Develop and implement merchandising strategies for the Ready-to-Wear and Shoes categories, aligning with brand strategies.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to make informed decisions on Open-to-Buy (OTB) budgets, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Consolidate and provide constructive feedback on products and collections for various categories.
- Coordinate with the supply chain team to optimize stock flow and maximize sales opportunities across seasons.
- Generate and analyze regular reports to propose strategic actions for category improvement.
- Work closely with the retail team to implement clear product strategies and enhance sales performance in line with global guidelines.
- Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising (VM) team on product launches, new store openings, events, and monthly floor sets.
- Partner with the training team to deliver product insights for clienteling purposes.
- Analyze sales data regularly to gain comprehensive commercial insights.
- Monitor competitor activities and regional fashion trends to maintain the brand's competitive edge in the luxury market.
- Bachelor’s degree in a fashion-related field.
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- In-depth understanding of the local fashion market and commercial acumen.
- Strong communication skills in both oral and written English.
- Ability to work effectively in dynamic environments.
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
A minimum of 10 years of merchandising experience in the fashion and luxury sectors is required.
Bachelor’s degree in a fashion-related field.
