Christian Dior Merchandising Manager

- Lead and manage business strategy and assortment planning for Women Accessories, Baby, Maison, and Perfumes categories.
- Analyze retail network performance and key performance indicators to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Collaborate in the development of Open-to-Buy (OTB) plans with Supply Chain and Business Units.
- Oversee showroom activities and new product launches, ensuring alignment with retail assortment strategy.
- Define and manage the permanent offer tailored to European markets, communicating opportunities to headquarters.
- Coordinate sales forecasts in partnership with the Supply Chain team.
- Engage in regular collaboration with Business Units, Supply Chain, and European Support teams to optimize performance and launch initiatives.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of clients, stores, and competitors through regular store visits and communication with local merchandisers.
- Facilitate community engagement and manage store openings and pop-up events.
- Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in merchandising.
- Proven ability to react swiftly with a strong sense of urgency and prioritization.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, capable of engaging with top management and retail teams.
- Analytical, organized, and detail-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluency in English.
- Strong knowledge of fashion and retail industry.
A minimum of 5 years in merchandising, preferably within the luxury fashion sector.
