Christian Dior Merchandising Manager

- Lead the business operations and purchasing strategy for Women Accessories, Baby, Maison, and Perfumes categories.
- Analyze retail network performance and key performance indicators to identify growth opportunities and risks.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain and Business Units to develop Open-to-Buy (OTB) plans and manage new product launches.
- Define and manage the permanent product offering for the European market, providing feedback to headquarters.
- Coordinate with European Support Teams to implement action plans and maximize launch performance.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of clients, stores, and competitors through regular store visits and communication with local merchandisers.
- Manage store openings and pop-up events.
- Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in merchandising.
- Dynamic, proactive, and results-oriented with a strong sense of urgency and priority management.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, capable of engaging with top management and retail teams.
- Analytical, rigorous, and organized mindset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong knowledge of fashion and retail industry.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in merchandising within the luxury fashion sector is required.
