1. Lead the business operations and purchasing strategy for Women Accessories, Baby, Maison, and Perfumes categories.
2. Analyze retail network performance and key performance indicators to identify growth opportunities and risks.
3. Collaborate with Supply Chain and Business Units to develop Open-to-Buy (OTB) plans and manage new product launches.
4. Define and manage the permanent product offering for the European market, providing feedback to headquarters.
5. Coordinate with European Support Teams to implement action plans and maximize launch performance.
6. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of clients, stores, and competitors through regular store visits and communication with local merchandisers.
7. Manage store openings and pop-up events.

1. Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in merchandising.
2. Dynamic, proactive, and results-oriented with a strong sense of urgency and priority management.
3. Excellent oral and written communication skills, capable of engaging with top management and retail teams.
4. Analytical, rigorous, and organized mindset.

1. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Fluent in English.
3. Strong knowledge of fashion and retail industry.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in merchandising within the luxury fashion sector is required.
