1. Ability to participate 2-3 days a week on-site.
2. Proficiency in Japanese, both spoken and written.
3. Ability to perform English translation tasks is preferred.

1. Proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
2. Proactive attitude with a strong desire to learn and take on challenges.

No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.
