1. Develop and execute the merchandising strategy for Women's Shoes and Baby's categories.
2. Conduct seasonal buying for retail stores, including travel to Paris for buying sessions and remote work for Baby's category.
3. Select permanent assortments in collaboration with headquarters based on market analysis.
4. Provide qualitative business feedback to headquarters.
5. Deliver weekly and monthly performance analyses and implement action plans.
6. Manage inventory and sell-through with regular stock rebalancing and sales initiatives.
7. Create and execute creative plans to optimize stock and boost sales.
8. Analyze competition and market trends to provide product and pricing feedback to headquarters.
9. Conduct collection presentations and training for internal staff.
10. Support events as a team representative.
11. Maintain frequent communication with stores and conduct regular visits.

1. More than 3 years of merchandising experience, preferably in luxury brands.
2. Fluency in English and Japanese, both written and spoken.

2. Excellent analytical and presentation abilities.
3. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
4. Customer-oriented mindset.
5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
6. Passion for fashion and a keen eye for trends.

Minimum of 3 years in merchandising, with experience in luxury brands preferred.
