1. Develop and implement monthly and seasonal merchandising strategies for Watches and Jewellery categories.
2. Optimize assortments, stock levels, and sales performance across the European retail network.
3. Conduct pre-purchase analyses and participate in biannual showroom campaigns and post-showroom reviews.
4. Coordinate product launches and 360° plans with Business Units, worldwide and European teams.
5. Collect and analyze product feedback and conduct target stock reviews.
6. Lead regional caravans for Fine Jewellery and Precious Watches.
7. Coordinate bi-monthly and monthly exchanges with Business Unit Merchandising and Supply Chain.
8. Produce and monitor performance KPIs and present analyses to executive committees.
9. Conduct competitive benchmarking and identify growth opportunities.
10. Prepare for store openings in collaboration with European Retail, Supply, and Business Units.
11. Engage in 360° coordination for Europe, including Training, CRM, Visual Merchandising, and Media.
12. Support daily store operations, ensuring optimal stock levels and execution of product launches.
13. Develop sales support tools and manage inter-store transfers and targeted pushes.
14. Ensure optimal assortment for store openings and maintain stock levels for regional events.

1. 5 to 10 years of experience in Merchandising.
2. Proven knowledge of the Jewellery and Watchmaking sectors.

1. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
2. Strong data analysis skills and familiarity with Business Intelligence tools.
3. Fluency in English is essential.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in merchandising, with a strong background in the Jewellery and Watchmaking industries.
