Christian Dior Media Production Manager

- Supervise the management of advertising image and film assets across various media channels including Print, OOH, DOOH, Cinema, TV, and Digital Display.
- Coordinate campaigns with creative teams and establish production schedules in alignment with media calendars and deadlines.
- Ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Manage all stages of media production with retouchers and printers.
- Implement necessary resources and techniques for production, ensuring asset coherence with media plans.
- Deliver required formats for campaigns across all media and global markets.
- Brief creative teams on media needs and orchestrate asset management.
- Establish and adhere to retro-planning schedules.
- Plan and ensure successful campaign implementation across all media.
- Oversee asset production and dispatch to media outlets or subsidiaries.
- Handle offline processes such as retouching, print tests, and approvals.
- Manage online processes including trafficking and previews.
- Draft guidelines for each campaign and distribute masters.
- Receive market requests and verify compliance with pre-approved standards.
- Evaluate creative and technical feasibility.
- Support markets in achieving final outputs according to brand guidelines and quality standards.
- Collect feedback from internal and international teams to identify improvement areas and integrate insights into future production management.
- Develop and maintain standardized processes for asset management and coordination, along with comprehensive documentation for local execution by subsidiaries.
- Significant experience of at least 5 years in media production.
- Creative mindset with a strong aesthetic sense and image expertise in photo and video.
- Confirmed knowledge of the luxury sector.
- Proficiency in production and post-production processes.
- Understanding of graphic chain, retouching, color correction, and printing techniques.
- Familiarity with digital formats, display innovations.
- High level of precision and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills with a sense of priorities and urgency.
- Ability to anticipate and adapt in a demanding environment.
- Teamwork orientation and strong interpersonal skills for close collaboration with advertising and image departments.
- Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken.
A minimum of 5 years of significant experience in media production is required.
