- Assist in the coordination, management, and implementation of multi-channel media plans both offline and online with local subsidiaries and media agencies, including budget tracking, optimization, and media choice validation.
- Ensure accurate maintenance and updating of media plans through internal tools and update campaign launch calendars.
- Develop media campaign reports and consolidate global 360° media activations.
- Conduct competitive analysis and monitor new media trends, consolidating reports on competitive multi-media activations.
- Coordinate visual allocation plans for each campaign in alignment with local merchandising team priorities.
- Perform daily magazine clippings.
- Participate in the validation of market layouts for Asia/Americas and assist in European production in collaboration with the international media production team.
- Currently in the final year of a Communication/Business school or completing an end-of-study internship.
- Fluent in English.
- Exceptional attention to detail and numerical aptitude.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Dynamic, autonomous, and proactive with a proven ability to adapt quickly and organize efficiently in dynamic and demanding contexts.
- Strong team collaboration skills.
Beginner level experience is acceptable, suitable for those at the start of their career journey.
Final year student in Communication or Business studies or completing an end-of-study internship.
The internship offers an opportunity to gain a comprehensive understanding of media strategy within an international luxury fashion house and the execution of an annual media plan across various channels.
