1. Deliver a range of luxury spa treatments adhering to the highest standards and spa protocols.
2. Provide personalized skincare treatment recommendations and product advice.
3. Maintain impeccable hygiene and cleanliness within treatment rooms.
4. Greet guests and guide them through the spa experience.
5. Perform bespoke spa treatments tailored to individual guest needs.
6. Review and update guest profiles, customizing treatments accordingly.
7. Ensure treatment rooms and back-of-house areas are organized and well-stocked.
8. Sterilize tools and equipment, ensuring compliance with health standards.
9. Possess comprehensive knowledge of spa menu and products to assist guests effectively.
10. Maintain confidentiality and discretion regarding client information.
11. Monitor spa equipment and report maintenance needs to management.
12. Communicate operational needs and any notable occurrences to management.
13. Conduct operational and administrative tasks as assigned.

1. Dual NYS Esthetics License and NYS Massage Therapy License preferred.
2. Minimum of 3 years' experience in a luxury spa or with a luxury skincare brand.

1. Expertise in luxury service standards.
2. Proficiency in facial and massage techniques.
3. Knowledge of high-tech treatment devices is advantageous.
4. Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
5. Empathy and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Minimum 3 years of experience as a massage therapist or esthetician in a luxury setting.

Salary range of $25.00 - $30.00 per hour, plus variable incentive eligibility.
