1. Deploy and monitor product launch projects in the French market, collaborating with cross-functional teams including Media, Merchandising, Trade, CRM, E-retail, and Training.
2. Manage operational aspects (360°) of current semester launches and events.
3. Prepare weekly analytical reports on performance and competitive landscape in the French perfume market.
4. Conduct market, competition, and franchise performance analyses.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business or equivalent, with a BAC +4 or +5 level.
2. Previous internship experience of 6 months in marketing and/or cosmetics is preferred.

1. Strong analytical and synthesis abilities.
2. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
4. Knowledge of Circana panel software and Power Bi is advantageous.
5. Creativity and innovation.

Ideal candidates should have completed a prior internship in marketing or cosmetics.
