- Assist with daily administrative tasks within the marketing team, focusing on events, CRM, and client treatments.
- Support the marketing team on projects and events, including travel within the Middle East.
- Conduct market analysis and competitive research, providing monthly reports.
- Distribute monthly client gifting menus to regional boutiques.
- Manage daily shipments related to marketing inventory received at headquarters and maintain inventory records.
- Track trunk show and collection orders, coordinating with the logistics team to ensure timely receipt of items for events using the Cegid system.
- Assist with in-store presentations for new collection launches in Middle East boutiques.
- Coordinate with model agencies and manage model castings.
- Maintain flexibility in working hours during event periods.
- Cultivate relationships with existing suppliers and identify new vendors for benchmarking.
- Identify new venue locations for upcoming events and stay informed about regional happenings.
- Ensure the marketing warehouse meets standards with an updated inventory list.
- Conduct yearly inventory checks and prepare destruction lists for marketing trunk show items.
- Monitor inventory for internal staff loans of trunk show pieces, maintaining an up-to-date tracking system.
- Source items for events, ensuring alignment with brand requirements, including furniture and decorative displays.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in marketing or a related field.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Proficiency in market analysis and research.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with inventory management and logistics coordination.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
Candidates must possess a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in marketing or a related field, preferably within the luxury fashion industry.
