Christian Dior Marketing and E-Retail Intern

- Assist in the deployment and monitoring of product launch projects in the French market, collaborating with cross-functional services such as Trade, CRM, E-retail, and Training.
- Manage the operational aspects (360°) of current semester launches and events.
- Produce weekly analytical reports on performance and competitive analysis in the French perfumery market.
- Conduct market, competition, and franchise performance analyses.
- Contribute creatively to upcoming product launches.
- Develop digital content for e-trade animations in collaboration with a digital agency.
- Coordinate the briefing, dispatch, and online tracking of digital animations with retailers.
- Optimize customer journey and e-merchandising by managing product sheet creation and updating existing references.
- Conduct weekly competitive intelligence and e-business reporting for the French market.
- A previous 6-month internship in marketing is preferred.
- Passion for the cosmetics and luxury industry.
- Curiosity, attention to detail, and strong analytical and synthesis skills.
- Autonomy and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Organized, versatile, and open-minded.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of Circana panel software is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Power BI is a plus.
- Basic skills in Photoshop and/or InDesign are beneficial.
Ideal candidates will have completed a prior internship in marketing, particularly within the cosmetics or luxury sectors.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
