Christian Dior Manufacturing Controller Manager

- Lead and manage a team of plant controllers across multiple manufacturing sites.
- Ensure alignment of local practices with corporate financial and controlling standards.
- Oversee month-end closings, cost center reporting, and analysis for all plants.
- Coordinate annual budgets and rolling forecasts across all plants.
- Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, and Executive Management to support strategic planning.
- Identify and implement best practices in controlling processes across sites.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
- 8+ years of experience in manufacturing finance, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience with multi-plant operations and matrix management.
- Solid knowledge of cost accounting, inventory management, and variance analysis.
- Expertise in ERP systems, preferably SAP.
- Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of Power BI or similar tools.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
A minimum of 8 years in manufacturing finance, including 3 years in a leadership role managing controllers or plant finance teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
