1. Lead and manage a team of plant controllers across multiple manufacturing sites.
2. Ensure alignment of local practices with corporate financial and controlling standards.
3. Oversee month-end closings, cost center reporting, and analysis for all plants.
4. Coordinate annual budgets and rolling forecasts across all plants.
5. Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, and Executive Management to support strategic planning.
6. Identify and implement best practices in controlling processes across sites.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
2. 8+ years of experience in manufacturing finance, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
3. Proven experience with multi-plant operations and matrix management.

1. Solid knowledge of cost accounting, inventory management, and variance analysis.
2. Expertise in ERP systems, preferably SAP.
3. Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of Power BI or similar tools.
4. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

A minimum of 8 years in manufacturing finance, including 3 years in a leadership role managing controllers or plant finance teams.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
