Christian Dior Maintenance Technician

1. Execute and oversee preventive, corrective and reactive maintenance of building, production equipment and utilities within the Limoges workshop.
2. Ensure site compliance with hygiene, safety and regulatory requirements; prepare technical procedures and maintenance prescriptions.
3. Define, implement and optimise maintenance plans and schedules in alignment with production constraints.
4. Manage and supervise external contractors and internal maintenance work to guarantee conformity and quality of interventions.
5. Monitor and maintain building systems: electrical, mechanical, HVAC, fire safety and surveillance systems; coordinate related installations and upgrades.
6. Program and supervise safety operations (evacuation drills, fire alarm tests, safety trainings) and control staff access rights and certifications.
7. Prepare and equip workspaces for new employees (badges, PPE) and organise office relocations, space reconfigurations and on‑site events.
8. Establish alerts and diagnostics to detect malfunctions and limit production impact; troubleshoot major breakdowns affecting production.
9. Draft specifications and technical purchase requirements for tools, spare parts and external services.
10. Provide first‑level technical training and user guidance to site teams to ensure correct operation and basic maintenance of equipment.

1. Multidisciplinary technical competence in mechanics and electrical systems.
2. Solid knowledge of industrial production technologies and machine technical documentation.
3. Good knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks (health, safety, environmental) and applicable national / European standards.
4. Ability to create and manage maintenance schedules that respect production constraints.
5. Technical English (reading and comprehension) for manuals and datasheets.
6. Proficiency with office IT tools for reporting and planning.
7. Strong interpersonal skills, rigor, organisation, adaptability and a pragmatic, methodical approach.
8. Pedagogical aptitude to train users and a service‑oriented mindset.

Minimum 5 years of proven experience in industrial or workshop maintenance, with autonomous responsibility for building and production equipment.

Technical diploma in electromechanics, industrial maintenance or equivalent (BEP/CAP, Bac Pro, BTS or similar).
