Christian Dior Maintenance Technician

- Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of buildings and equipment at the Blois logistics sites.
- Guarantee the proper functioning of technical installations and equipment.
- Install, adjust, and upgrade equipment as necessary.
- Diagnose equipment malfunctions, clean, repair, or replace defective components.
- Maintain equipment availability and conveyor systems.
- Analyze frequent breakdowns to propose sustainable solutions and manage spare parts inventory.
- Contribute to the development of preventive maintenance plans to prevent damage or blockages.
- Stay informed on existing equipment solutions to remain at the forefront.
- Coordinate emergency or maintenance interventions, including basic welding.
- Draft technical intervention reports and update the CMMS system.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of maintenance procedures.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Maintain and participate in the upkeep of premises, furniture, vehicle fleet, and handling equipment.
- Provide technical support and problem resolution for equipment or infrastructure issues.
- Participate in compliance and safety audits of building infrastructure.
- Identify and propose improvements to organizational or work methods.
- Train service users and support operational teams.
- Demonstrate a strong customer service orientation by being available and responsive to resolve incidents.
- Manage external contractors, ensuring quality and compliance with safety and environmental standards.
- Contribute to the development of prevention plans before interventions.
- Prepare comparative quotes to recommend the best quality/price offers to management.
- Participate in cross-departmental projects, sharing technical expertise.
- Bachelor's degree in Maintenance or equivalent (Bac+2).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a distribution platform, industrial company, or multi-site organization.
- Proficiency in mechanics, electronics, electromechanics, automation, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
- Experience with a CMMS system.
- Electrical certification (minimum H1B1/Manoeuvre/BR).
- Aerial platform training preferred.
- Knowledge of TIG welding.
- Understanding of photovoltaic systems.
- Methodical, rigorous, with strong analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, solution-oriented.
- Performance-driven with a strong service orientation.
- Teamwork and dialogue skills.
- Environmental and safety awareness.
- Proactivity.
Minimum of 5 years in a distribution platform, industrial company, or multi-site maintenance role.
Bachelor's degree in Maintenance or equivalent (Bac+2).
