Christian Dior Maintenance Operations Manager

- Ensure the maintenance and technical installations of office premises, including heating, air conditioning, ventilation, elevators, energy and fluid networks, and low current systems.
- Oversee the functionality of building safety installations such as fire safety systems, generators, UPS, and fire doors.
- Monitor the execution of periodic inspections and the resolution of any issues identified.
- Coordinate and supervise the interventions of subcontracted companies.
- Provide technical support to various Christian Dior Couture departments during events.
- Manage the Current Maintenance Plan.
- Maintain technical communications with landlords.
- Ensure the upkeep of all technical installations and building maintenance.
- Participate in budget preparation and expenditure control.
- Collaborate with project teams to organize work in alignment with real estate management objectives.
- Adhere to and promote safety and operational procedures consistent with the Dior brand image.
- Bachelor's degree +5 (Engineering school, business school, or university master's degree).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong teamwork capabilities.
- Proficiency in managing service providers.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Commitment to service quality and operational standards.
- Ability to respond swiftly to malfunctions.
- Discretion and confidentiality.
- Rigorous, adaptable, and agile.
- Fluent in English.
- Knowledge of the luxury industry is advantageous.
A minimum of 3 years in a similar maintenance management role is required.
