- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the RSP team, including reception, storage, and picking processes.
- Develop and manage daily personnel allocation schedules.
- Organize and distribute tasks based on priorities, ensuring versatility among team members.
- Optimize storage space in alignment with strategic objectives.
- Ensure accurate stock management within the operational scope.
- Perform operational tasks as necessary to meet activity demands.
- Propose continuous improvements to enhance processes.
- Handle administrative tasks, including email inquiries and daily launch planning using Power BI.
- Monitor picking processes by carrier before packaging.
- Generate and validate reception processes and supervise anomaly reporting.
- Track operator anomalies and maintain a comprehensive summary file.
- Oversee time management and daily tracking of team activities, updating management tools accordingly.
- Lead, motivate, and support the team through regular on-site engagement.
- Facilitate team training, including onboarding, skill gap identification, and coordination of necessary training sessions.
- Ensure clear communication and understanding of work instructions, providing reminders as needed.
- Identify and resolve operational issues.
- Conduct annual and semi-annual performance reviews with team members.
- Facilitate weekly team meetings and maintain regular communication with other RSP team leaders and cross-functional departments.
- Collaborate with production to identify and resolve supplier anomalies.
- Utilize existing tools to convey instructions and recommendations to colleagues.
- Communicate performance metrics and errors with the team.
- Conduct regular safety inspections within the operational area.
- Ensure compliance with environmental policies, especially waste sorting, and adherence to 5S procedures.
- Ensure the proper application of safety instructions and the correct use of equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the service area.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in logistics preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing operational teams in a logistics platform or production environment.
- Proficiency in computer tools, including WMS and ERP systems (preferably Reflex Web, M3), Microsoft Office, and Teams.
- Knowledge of Power BI.
- Strong managerial skills, including team leadership, training, and activity organization.
- Understanding of Lean methodologies.
- Intermediate English proficiency (B2 minimum).
A minimum of 5 years in managing operational teams within a logistics or production setting is required.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in logistics preferred.
