1. Collaborate in the creation and maintenance of electronic files for all foreign trade operations, ensuring compliance with customs law.
2. Ensure proper storage and preservation of files for legally established periods.
3. Conduct periodic reviews of files to identify and rectify potential errors, omissions, or inconsistencies.
4. Assist in the transmission of the Electronic Value Manifestation documents as per customs law requirements.
5. Verify the accuracy, completeness, and legal compliance of documents prior to the transmission of the Electronic Value Manifestation.
6. Review and complete daily layouts with information for the Carta Porte complement for shipment dispatch.
7. Update and maintain the database used for the preparation of the Carta Porte.
8. Perform preliminary verifications of letters and other documents sent by the customs agent to identify errors or omissions before sending them for legal representative signature.
9. Create and update the 'Contents of Shipment' file weekly for shipment tracking.
10. Support and perform additional tasks and activities related to the department as assigned.

1. Active university student with at least two years remaining to complete a degree, preferably in International Trade, International Business, International Relations, Administration, Accounting, or related fields.
2. Advanced English proficiency (oral and written).
3. Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, lookups, database management).
4. Basic knowledge of foreign trade and customs regulations (preferred).
5. Familiarity with digital files and legal documentation.

The position offers a structured schedule from 9:00 am to 2:30 pm, located in the vibrant district of Polanco, Mexico City, providing an immersive on-site experience.
