1. Manage daily import pre-alerts for the logistics service, including customs and franchise operations.
2. Oversee the standard flow of the Pierre department, ensuring efficient customs instructions and resolution of disputes.
3. Coordinate daily reception and dispatch of parcels within the logistics service, liaising with transporters and business units.
4. Organize the flow of Petite & Moyenne Joaillerie between production and central stock, handling urgent requests and media-related demands.
5. Provide backup support for Haute Horlogerie and Haute Joaillerie logistics, including transport quotations and import pre-alerts.
6. Assist in the organization of logistics for events, supporting roadshows and inventory management.
7. Implement and monitor performance indicators and update operational procedures throughout the internship.

1. Pursuing a degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management (Bac +5, second gap year internship).
2. Previous experience in logistics or import/export operations.

1. Meticulous attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills.
2. Proficiency in professional English.
3. Aptitude for numerical analysis and Excel proficiency.
4. Familiarity with ERP systems is advantageous.
