Christian Dior Logistics Import/Export Assistant - Jewelry

- Manage daily import pre-alerts for the logistics service, including customs and franchise operations.
- Oversee the standard flow of the Pierre department, ensuring efficient customs instructions and resolution of disputes.
- Coordinate daily reception and dispatch of parcels within the logistics service, liaising with transporters and business units.
- Organize the flow of Petite & Moyenne Joaillerie between production and central stock, handling urgent requests and media-related demands.
- Provide backup support for Haute Horlogerie and Haute Joaillerie logistics, including transport quotations and import pre-alerts.
- Assist in the organization of logistics for events, supporting roadshows and inventory management.
- Implement and monitor performance indicators and update operational procedures throughout the internship.
- Pursuing a degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management (Bac +5, second gap year internship).
- Previous experience in logistics or import/export operations.
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in professional English.
- Aptitude for numerical analysis and Excel proficiency.
- Familiarity with ERP systems is advantageous.
Entry-level position suitable for candidates with initial experience in logistics or import/export.
Pursuing a Bac +5 degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management.
