Christian Dior Logistics Coordinator Assistant - High Jewelry

- Support the coordination of High Jewelry logistics across seven regions, including daily management of rotations.
- Prepare proforma invoices for global logistics flows and create matrices for ATA/CPD carnet establishment.
- Manage the preparation and dispatch of shipments, ensuring accurate tracking and communication of Air Waybills (AWB) to regions.
- Address and resolve disputes and necessary adjustments, maintaining product environment stock.
- Update tracking tables for location and inventory, conducting monthly global inventory checks for High Jewelry stock.
- Assist the team with roadshow and rotation logistics, including departures and returns of pieces.
- Validate quote lines in DNOFU and process sales invoicing in the ERP system.
- Prepare shipments and oversee dispatch tracking, maintaining communication with regions regarding AWB.
- Maintain daily interactions with freight forwarders, updating the sales tracking table.
- Handle internal requests from the Jewelry/Watches Business Unit, coordinating with Press, Marketing, and Product Environment teams for shoots.
- Organize global transport logistics for events and launches, ensuring timely delivery and resolution of disputes.
- Participate in approximately five annual events, supporting logistics organization and acting as a runner.
- Contribute to start and end inventories for events.
- Complete a project over the course of the year with guidance from a supervisor.
- Implement performance indicators and update operational procedures.
- Pursuing a degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management (Master's level preferred).
- Available for a 1 to 2-year apprenticeship, depending on profile.
- Preferred work-study rhythm: 3 weeks in company / 1 week in training.
- Professional proficiency in English.
- Strong numerical aptitude.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Experience with ERP systems is advantageous.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Dynamic and proactive approach to tasks.
Entry-level position suitable for beginners.
Pursuing a Master's degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management.
