Christian Dior Logistics Assistant Manager

- Act as the primary liaison between Dior and the third-party logistics provider (3PL), ensuring performance and operational expectations are met.
- Collaborate with the 3PL to prioritize and fulfill customer orders accurately and punctually, maintaining up-to-date inventory records in both Dior's POS and 3PL WMS systems.
- Facilitate continuous improvement processes at the 3PL, ensuring all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are achieved and driving action plans for necessary enhancements.
- Oversee facility and account managers at the 3PL, providing leadership support and solutions to reported issues.
- Work closely with the 3PL to forecast volume, seasonality, and events to prevent capacity and material shortages.
- Assess and train facility associates in picking, packing, and the pack/hold process, conducting inspections to ensure shipment accuracy and alignment with Dior SOPs.
- Reconcile information between the 3PL's WMS and Dior's POS/EC systems, maintaining inventory accuracy and integrity.
- Build processes for monitoring, alerting, managing, and escalating inventory and order issues.
- Drive strategic reviews and analysis with the 3PL to understand capacity and financial opportunities and risks.
- Validate 3PL invoices and control operational costs.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Logistics, Technology, Operations, or related field.
- 4-5 years of experience in warehousing operations with knowledge of material handling procedures and computer systems (WMS, POS, OMS).
- Comprehensive knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management; experience with 3PL management preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel skills.
- Strong management and analytical skills; experience with TPM, lean, or six sigma preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational, planning, and multi-tasking abilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to drive results and manage processes effectively.
- Flexibility and adaptability in dealing with ambiguity.
- Team-oriented with strong relationship and influence skills.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in logistics or supply chain management.
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
