Christian Dior Logistics Assistant - Jewelry and Watches Internship

- Support the Logistics and Customer Service team in daily distribution tasks to global boutiques, managing product logistics flows.
- Monitor transportation providers and oversee stock management of finished products in warehouses.
- Facilitate sales to personnel and manage buybacks of finished products from markets.
- Control and enter data in the ERP system, update and create tracking tables and KPIs.
- Participate in problem analysis and propose continuous improvement solutions.
- Contribute to the development and optimization of internal processes.
- Monitor transportation flows to regions and pre-alerts.
- Oversee execution of buybacks for Jewelry and Watches, including follow-ups and reminders to global markets.
- Manage returns to jewelry and watch warehouses, ensuring proforma and BIN transfer compliance.
- Edit and dispatch EXCNs and handle various logistical disputes.
- Support the execution of the annual sale between the business unit and central warehouse.
- Integrate files into the ERP and collaborate closely with internal departments such as marketing and finance.
- Participate in various inventory counts and reconcile results with ERP data.
- Update databases for boutiques using M3 and SAP, verify USR, and maintain correspondence tables.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business School or University with a specialization in Logistics/Supply Chain.
- Proficiency in information systems and data manipulation (Excel, PowerBI).
- Familiarity with ERP systems (M3/SAP) is advantageous.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken, in a professional context.
- Team-oriented, proactive, curious, and analytical mindset.
Entry-level experience in logistics or sales administration within an industrial or retail environment is preferred.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or related field.
