1. Manage import pre-alerts for the logistics service, including customs processes and merchandise availability.
2. Oversee standard flow operations for the 'Pierre' department, including package reception, customs instructions, and temporary dossier management.
3. Handle daily logistics of package receptions and deliveries, coordinating with business unit needs and transporters.
4. Organize and manage the flow of Petite & Moyenne Joaillerie between production and central stock, addressing urgent requests and supporting marketing and press activities.
5. Provide backup support for Haute Horlogerie and Haute Joaillerie logistics, including managing Swiss-Paris shuttle operations.
6. Assist in organizing logistics for events, supporting roadshow and rotation logistics, and participating in inventory activities.
7. Implement and monitor performance indicators and update operational procedures throughout the internship.

1. Pursuing a degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management (Master's level, second internship).
2. Previous experience in logistics or import/export.
3. Strong attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills.
4. Dynamic and proactive approach.

1. Professional proficiency in English.
2. Proficiency in Excel.
3. Familiarity with ERP systems is advantageous.
4. Numerical aptitude.

Entry-level, suitable for candidates with initial experience in logistics or import/export.

Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management.
