1. Analyze current logistics flows, including transportation and relocations, and create detailed mappings.
2. Collect and analyze data on volumes, categories, and destinations of goods to understand current logistics demands.
3. Conduct thorough needs assessments for various departments to identify specific logistical requirements and challenges.
4. Develop and propose optimized logistics solutions based on flow analysis, data, and needs assessments.
5. Analyze relocation processes and resource allocation within Dior to identify areas for improvement.
6. Evaluate the use of daily shuttle services and propose enhancements to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
7. Contribute to the optimization of storage and destocking processes, ensuring efficient space utilization and inventory management.
8. Support non-production purchasing activities related to general services.

1. Currently pursuing a degree with a specialization in Supply Chain, Purchasing, and/or Logistics.

1. Strong analytical and data analysis skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights.
2. Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving logistical challenges.
3. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present findings and recommendations.
4. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel; experience with logistics software or ERP systems is an asset. Proficiency in Power BI is a plus.
6. Fluency in French and English is preferred.
7. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

No prior experience required.

Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain, Purchasing, or Logistics.
