1. Support financial targets by managing stock, warehouse logistics, and order processing.
2. Develop strategies for inventory management and logistics risk assessment.
3. Monitor inventory levels across Japan, optimizing store space usage.
4. Reduce lead times from order receipt to shop inventory.
5. Manage budgeting and KPI optimization.
6. Oversee people management, including external service providers.
7. Engage in global and local supply chain projects.
8. Transform care service management and operations.

1. Minimum 10 years of work experience, with at least 5 years in people management.
2. Successful experience across functional areas and organizational levels.
3. Native proficiency in Japanese and business-level English.
4. Experience in luxury fashion or leather goods preferred.
5. Project management experience is advantageous.
6. Experience managing 3PL service providers.
