1. Advise all departments of Christian Dior Couture on image contracts, including those with brand ambassadors, influencers, and models.
2. Oversee communication contracts, including co-branding, sponsorship, and partnership agreements with third-party brands.
3. Manage event-related service contracts, such as those for fashion shows, exhibitions, and receptions.
4. Provide daily legal counsel to the Image, Communication, and Events teams on various projects.
5. Handle disputes related to image rights and commercial issues within the Image, Communication, and Events teams.
6. Contribute to the standardization and digitalization of contractual documents and legal activities.
7. Lead an inter-regional community on Image, Communication, and Events topics.
8. Conduct training and awareness sessions for teams.
9. Manage relationships with external legal counsel on Image, Communication, and Events matters.
10. Collaborate with other legal professionals within the Business Affairs division and across regions to identify and address significant legal issues.

1. Master's degree in Contract Law, Commercial Law, or Communication and Media Law, and/or CAPA certification.
2. Minimum of 10 years of successful experience, ideally as a corporate lawyer or in-house counsel.

1. Fluency in English, both spoken and written; proficiency in Italian or other languages is advantageous.
2. Proficiency in IT tools, including Office, legal databases, and internet research.
3. Proactive and adaptable with strong organizational, drafting, and analytical skills.
4. Ability to work effectively in a multicultural team environment.

A minimum of 10 years of experience, preferably in a legal capacity within the luxury, ready-to-wear, or accessories sectors.

Master's degree in relevant legal fields.
