Christian Dior Legal Manager

- Advise all departments of Christian Dior Couture on image contracts, including those with brand ambassadors, influencers, and models.
- Oversee communication contracts, including co-branding, sponsorship, and partnership agreements with third-party brands.
- Manage event-related service contracts, such as those for fashion shows, exhibitions, and receptions.
- Provide daily legal counsel to the Image, Communication, and Events teams on various projects.
- Handle disputes related to image rights and commercial issues within the Image, Communication, and Events teams.
- Contribute to the standardization and digitalization of contractual documents and legal activities.
- Lead an inter-regional community on Image, Communication, and Events topics.
- Conduct training and awareness sessions for teams.
- Manage relationships with external legal counsel on Image, Communication, and Events matters.
- Collaborate with other legal professionals within the Business Affairs division and across regions to identify and address significant legal issues.
- Master's degree in Contract Law, Commercial Law, or Communication and Media Law, and/or CAPA certification.
- Minimum of 10 years of successful experience, ideally as a corporate lawyer or in-house counsel.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written; proficiency in Italian or other languages is advantageous.
- Proficiency in IT tools, including Office, legal databases, and internet research.
- Proactive and adaptable with strong organizational, drafting, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural team environment.
A minimum of 10 years of experience, preferably in a legal capacity within the luxury, ready-to-wear, or accessories sectors.
Master's degree in relevant legal fields.
