1. Assist the EMEA legal team in providing legal support for various projects across multiple languages and locations, including events, service provisions, logistics, transport distribution, consumer affairs, purchasing, and sales.
2. Draft, adapt, and disseminate legal documentation such as general terms and conditions, standard and ad-hoc contracts, and correspondence.
3. Address compliance issues within the EMEA region.
4. Manage and monitor pre-litigation and litigation matters related to commercial and consumer law.
5. Provide daily legal advice and support to operational teams within the Maison, focusing on consumer, distribution, and competition law.
6. Conduct regulatory monitoring and ensure compliance within the EMEA region.

1. Holder of a Master 2 in Business Law/DJCE/European Business Law, ideally with CRFPA certification.

1. Fluency in English; proficiency in Italian is advantageous.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal databases.
3. Attributes such as responsiveness, rigor, curiosity, agility, and teamwork.
4. Respect for confidentiality inherent to the assigned tasks.

Entry-level position suitable for recent graduates or individuals with minimal professional experience.

Master 2 in Business Law/DJCE/European Business Law, CRFPA preferred.
